Hi

seems the documentation is quite misleading here: http://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/doc:installation:x2goserver

It looks like "RHEL 6" and "Fedora EPEL" are on the same level, but in fact "Fedora EPEL" (and "OBS") should appear a level BELOW "RHEL 6".

And the instructions for Fedora are missing. They simply would state

  yum install x2goserver

since a clean F20 can install x2goserver 4.0.1 from the Fedora base repo. This all together tricked you into adding EPEL to Fedora. I recommend you remove all packages fetched from EPEL and remove the repo file from /etc/yum.repos.d/
