Issue: Mouse Pointer is not visible unless lxappearance is run
manually (loading the application is sufficient, it can be quit
immediately using the cancel button).

Affected: LXDE on Debian Jessie (host) in combination with X2GoClient
for Windows (any version) in fullscreen mode.

Not affected: LXDE on Debian Wheezy (host).
Not affected: X2GoClient in any other mode than fullscreen mode.
Not affected: X2GoClient for Linux.
