On up to date debian jessie and rstudio rstudio-1.2.907-amd64.deb or rstudio-1.1.456-amd64.deb or rstudio-1.1.383-amd64.deb
I got the following error and rstudio is not starting. Everything else on the system is working normally :

oaudry@smobe-user001:~$ rstudio 
rstudio: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :51.0.
oaudry@smobe-user001:~$
