I've got the same issue with x2goserver 4.0.0.0-0~640~precise1 (libnx 2:3.5.0.17-0~320~precise1, vlc 2.0.5-0ubuntu0.12.04.1) on Xubuntu 12.04.
On Debian 6.0 with x2goserver 4.0.0.0-0~x2go1~squeeze~main~640~build1 (libnx 2:3.5.0.17-0+squeeze~385~build1, vlc 1.1.3-1squeeze6) everything works fine.
