Choosing a direct RDP session via "Direct RDP session" utilizes rdesktop and
works perfect. Though, it does not work via SSH-Proxy. It would be nice to also
be able to select RDP as the session type with an additional field for the rdesktop
parameters (like "-r disk:trans=/transfer") when SSH proxy is enabled.
