Launching an eclipse-rcp application the splash screen is rendered as a gray square.
The problem occurs when using the x2go "single application" session tye, it does not happen on full desktop

client: windows, linux, osx
server: fedora 20 3.15.10-201.fc20.ppc64p7 xfce

Thanks for reporting all those issues you encounter with your  
business's Java application.

To get them fixed, be prepared for our request to get access to an  
instance of that Java application.

In general, we have observed several irregularities in NX that occur  
with NX in rootless mode, but don't occur in desktop mode.

Also some rendering and redrawing of windows can be extremely sluggish  
(depending on the underlying (X11) widget rendering engine).

Information at others: those bugs files by Marco will probably be  
addressed by some sort of a development agreement between some of the  
X2Go devs and Marco's company. Those of you who heard rumours about a  
cooperation between X2Go and IBM and X2Go on PowerPC... Fixes for  
these bugs will be dealt with in that context.

I use PHPStorm. For me that bug is actual. Some time x2go-session is
freezes. After reconnect i view incorrect rendering for java app
PHPStorm (gray blocks). 

Permanent problem - some graphics elements in java app PHPStorm
rendering incorrectly (word without one letter, some gui-figures (icons)
not viewed) 

I can attach screenshots to email?

What is rootless mode and can i toggle my x2gosession to desktop mode?

But in phpstorm.vmoptions not exists parameters "cairoGraphics"
(phpstorm unable to recognition that parameter for eclipse) 

Please. Help with solve that bug in x2go. Save my time of life (I five
months search another solutions for use phpstorm or intellij idea IDE in
remote x11-sessions. But not luck)

Bug #653 is so far specific to IBM's SDK and was not reproducible on
other systems. It also only affects the splashscreen of the very special
Eclipse-based application.

I don't think 653 is related to your problem but you rather see
something else.

Additionally, if your problem is really an error in OpenJDK, there's
nothing we can do about that.

- Every two-five minutes x2go session crash (if i use phpstorm). Gray
blocks some time clear out (some time i need restart java application
for clearing gray blocks), but why x2go session automatic closed every
2-5 minutes? Why x2go session is unstable? How to debug and get more
info about this connection problem?
