After a lot of time without using pulseaudio sound on x2goclient, = on win 7=20 =E2=80=93 64 bits, I think I have find
the solution (looking on internet).
 
The problem is that the mixer is not enabled on windows.
 
Go to Control Panel =E2=80=93> Sound =E2=80=93> Sound devices = =E2=80=93> Record =E2=80=93>=20 Right button =E2=80=93> Show hidden devices =E2=80=93> Mixer = activate
