I don't know if it's related to bug 429, but I have an upgrade issue with
x2goserver:

Preparing to replace x2goserver 4.0.1.13-0~814~ubuntu12.04.1 (using
.../x2goserver_4.0.1.14-0~842~ubuntu12.04.1_amd64.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement x2goserver ...
Processing triggers for man-db ...
Processing triggers for ureadahead ...
Setting up x2goserver (4.0.1.14-0~842~ubuntu12.04.1) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/init.d/x2goserver ...
Group x2gouser already exists.
User x2gouser already exists.
 * Cleaning up stale X2Go sessions.

The process hangs here.  I have to kill this process:

/usr/bin/perl -w /usr/share/debconf/frontend
/var/lib/dpkg/info/x2goserver.postinst configure
4.0.1.13-0~814~ubuntu12.04.1

to get the prompt back.  I then am stuck with broken packages:

dpkg: error processing x2goserver (--configure):

 x2goserver-extensions depends on x2goserver (>=

No apport report written because the error message indicates its a followup
error from a previous failure.

Errors were encountered while processing:
 x2goserver
 x2goserver-extensions
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I downloaded

x2goserver_4.0.1.13-0~814~ubuntu12.04.1_amd64.deb

and installing that package goes fine:
