Hi Robert,

thanks for testing X2Go so intensively. I highly appreciate your=20=20
wishlist=20(I am one of the core devs). So that it does not get lost, do=20=
=20
one=20thing for a start [1]. Unfortunately, I don't have a Mac and I=20=20
don't=20use one. The Mac code is the part of X2Go Client that is=20=20
yearning=20for a constant maintainer. It is not unmaintained, but only=20=
=20
maintained=20on customer request.

Submit every wishlist item as a separate bug. Please see below for my=20=20
comments=20on the individual issues (I will also check, if a bug already=20=
=20
exists=20for that issue).

This definitely is a new bug.

<the above description>

The problem is very probably burried in NX code somewhere.

There are several bugs tackling this...

Actually, X2Go Client is not intended to be used without XQuartz=20=20
installed.=20We don't bundle it, because the release cycle of XQuartz is=20=
=20
very=20short and we recommend having it updated as a separated=20=20
application=20(rather then us having to rebuild/rebundle X2Go Client=20=20
whenever=20XQuartz comes up with a new release).

Please check the above bugs if this actually has already been reported.

This is a new issue, I guess. Submit it as a new bug, please.

Can you let us know what nxproxy version these other NX clients ship?=20=20
Can=20you also launch such a session and check the NX options set for=20=20
such=20a session? That would be awesome!

AFAIK, X2Go Client for Mac OS X never had sound supported. Others may=20=20
correct=20me if I am wrong.

:-)

As I said above, the Mac part of the code in X2Go Client really could=20=20
need=20some love. (Or financial input, which actually is an option we=20=20
are=20working on at the moment).

Cool. They work in parallel? On the same machines?

Actually, I am the maintainer of MATE in Debian (/me is a Debian=20=20
Developer=20and also X2Go upstream). And I have arranged that the=20=20
developer=20pushing MATE into Ubuntu will meet up with us at the X2Go=20=20
Gathering=20(first weekened of November in Linux Hotel, Essen, Germany).

Hope to gain more input from you!!!
