2to3 is not sufficient to add python3 support of pyhoca-gui.  The 
attached patches are needed as well.

file() is no longer present in python3.  The mro patch fixes:

/usr/bin/python3.4 setup.py build '--executable=/usr/bin/python3.4 -s'
