As of recently (at least OS X 10.11), the OpenSSH daemon startup scripts now put
and expect host keys in /etc/ssh/, instead of the old location of /etc/.

This breaks X2Go Client when using file sharing or remote printing support.

(Additionally, spawning a private SSHD instance fails because sshd rejects DSA
host keys, but this is tracked as a separate issue #1003.)
