I updated x2go server from the stable repo on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS recently and after the update no QT application works anymore.

All QT applications crash with the following message:

The X11 connection broke: Maximum allowed requested length exceeded (code 4)

For example starting vlc output the following:

VLC media player 3.0.3 Vetinari (revision 3.0.3-1-0-gc2bb759264)

It worked perfectly before the update.
