Version: 4.0.0.3

When pressing Ctrl+Alt+F the a client window closes with the message
that vcxserv.exe has to be terminated...

On Windows 7.

Wanted to try if there is a grab all keystrokes mode with full screen,
but no luck yet, maybe this should be added to the x2go wishlist.
